Hellion Turbo Systems, built their Twin Turbo kit in 7 days...

It was Saturday October 4th, at the NMRA World Finals in Bowling Green, KY.  Brent Carver, the pre-owned sales manger, at Dempewolf Ford, casually mentioned to John Urist that they had just received their first 2015 Mustang GT.  John had only one question. Auto or stick?  The answer...Auto. John abruptly blurted out, "SOLD! Go get it!... What color is it?" Brent immediately left the track and drove the 106 Miles to the dealership.  When Brent arrived at the dealership the paperwork was already drawn up.  The next day Brent delivered the car to the race track.

Sunday, after winning the race and championship, John and Melissa Urist drove the car over 1300 miles, back to New Mexico.  Arriving home sometime Tuesday, the car was on the dyno by Wednesday morning, to get some base line numbers.  Thursday Morning, at the crack of dawn with a coffee in one and and a turbo in the other, John set out to build the 2015 Mustang GT Hellion Twin Turbo kit.  Working 12 hour days, everyday, minus the weekend, by the following Friday the kit was complete.

Though with a 100% totally redesigned platform, Hellion utilized the same proven inner-cooler, turbos, wastegates, and blowoffs as the 2011-14 Eliminator Turbo kit.  The task of mounting the large Precision 62mm (#6266) turbos, you would think would be most challenging, but for John, it was old hat. John mounted the turbos back to back between the throttle body and the electric fan.  It was the best solution for working in such tight confinement. For this 2015 Mustang kit, a few things needed to be relocated.  One being, the overflow bottle, moving to the drivers side inner fender, Hellion includes all the pieces to do so.

Like all Hellion kits, this kit is so easy to mount, that anyone can do it in their own garage on jack stands. None of the Hellion kits require any cutting whatsoever, leaving you the option, to one day turn your car back to factory specs, without having to search for replacement factory panels.

Hellion has many years experience, building power proven quality turbo kits, and when this kit hits the market we expect no different.  The kit has yet to be put on the dyno and will be strapped to the rollers sometime next week.  From past experience with the 2011-14 Coyote Eliminator kit we expect the similar results.  Anywhere between 600 to over 1200hp with supporting mods.

This is the first completed Twin Turbo kit for the new 2015 Mustang GT platform.
